RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY – Silver Stones.Pk

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

  • You have 2 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :
  • The product is damaged, stained, defected, design not same as shown, not real or incomplete.
  • Silver gets Black if you use perfume, or any chemical or some time after reacting with air gets tarnish or black after sometime its natural we don’t take back if your jewelry gets black. In this case you can wash from nearest jewelry shop or buy silver cleaner from our website.

  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging.

  • Change of Mind not Acceptable

  • Always Make Video When you are Opening Parcel, Only Accept Seal Parcel from Courier Boy.
 
 

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURN?

  • To return an item, please email us at Support@Silverstones.Pk or contact our support team on whatsapp : 0322 7861960 with the return reason, product image (if any issue) and order details. 

  • Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to our Workshop. 


WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

  • We aim to process all returns with 3-7 working days after receiving the returned Item. 

  • During busy periods please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed.

 

DO YOU OFFER REFUND? 

  • Unfortunately, we don’t offer any refunds however in the case where we won’t be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.

  • In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 

  • Change of mind not acceptible after order confirmation or processing.

  • The minimum period for processing refund is 5 – 7 working days depending on the mode of payment.

if parcel not delivered on time? 

  • We try to dispatch and deliver all Parcels as soon as possible its all depend on courier companies if there is any delay from courier 1 or 2 days late then you cant say i will not receive the parcel or return the parcel, and advance amount non refundable specially in customizes orders.
