WE have checked all things there is no mistake from our customer support you put an incorrect address thats why parcel returned and on chat support you are not willing to accept your mistake, if address not correct parcel cant be delivered by courier.

We then sent the parcel a second time, and you received it. Our team informed you that if the parcel was returned because of your mistake, we would need to charge for the delivery costs when resending the item. Unfortunately, you left a negative comment solely because of these delivery charges, you should accept your mistake atleast and dont behave like that in reviews.
