We believe there is a misunderstanding. You initially placed an order and later canceled it yourself. After that, you placed a second order, which we processed and dispatched successfully.

Your parcel was sent via Leopards Courier (Tracking ID: LE7530475033), and it can be tracked by anyone for verification. However, when the rider reached you, the parcel was refused due to “no cash,” and it was returned back to us.

Additionally, when your parcel was assigned to the courier, you shared a payment screenshot claiming that you had already transferred the amount. Upon checking our records, no payment was received, and the screenshot provided was not valid.

Claiming that we did not send your parcel is incorrect and misleading. We always fulfill our orders honestly and provide proper tracking for transparency.
